31st July, on leave. Derek brought me to a dentist, cause I kept complain about bleeding sensitive gums during brushing every morning.

Dentist was very carefully remove my plaque (which been building up for the pass 15 yrs), then follow by polishing. Now I have a sparkling teeth, but I do have 2 cavity need to do up filling on my next appointment on 7th August, do felt a bit worry, cause honestly, I do not like the smell, the set up, the equipment sound in dentist clinic, but no matter how, still have to do it, otherwise, worst painful story will begin.
