PJ - Shah Alam
Finally, our new structure in place, operation report direct to me, and obviously, the result is good.
My first road show which conducted by myself and my team resulted "successful", with prominent display, post of material highlight in the store, all our hard work delivered result, and this is the first time that marketing appraised operation, glad we have done a good job.
But, I have 2 offices now, one in PJ and another one in Shah Alam. Morning will drop by Shah Alam and brief my team on day to day operation manner, issue or even brainstorm abit for some creative in store promo with them. Then will go back to PJ office, liaise with Marketing on nationwide promo, A&P findings, liaise with Finance for some SAP issue, etc etc...
My work life in this company is very different, I always find do not have enough time to furnish my jobs, never been so tired to work in a FMCG company before. This is the first time.
