EPF allow us to have 2nd withdrawal from Acct II for housing loan. Finally, managed to get all information from EPF, but I need to have a personal saving account (currently was joint name with my Yeoh). Been wondering around which bank should I go, which give a better services towards their customers, was rounding and rounding around PJ State, just try my luck for parking place at the banking zone. And I was so lucky that there's a parking lot in front of AmBank, at first was doubtful to walk in AmBank, but what the hack, I just need a saving account for EPF to transfer the money into my personal account, without second thought, I walk in. When the customer service representative by the name of Ms. Goh, greet me warmly, and I told her what I want, very quickly, she bring out all relevant documents which need my signatory, and help me to transfer all statement of account into 1 mailing address in 5 mins, get the ATM card ready in 5 mins, get my saving account book ready in another 5 mins, and assist me log in on line banking facilities in 15 mins, total time spent in AmBank with Ms Goh was 30 mins! Amazing, I was underestimate local bank capability. Salute AmBank Ms. Goh, glad that I park my car outside AmBank...Bravor !
