Even though i work 7 days a week, and still concern about healthy of my family. Have you heard of "Enzim" 水果发酵素

My first "DIY Enzim", Green apple, Lemon and slice sugar (unprocess brown sugar).

done it yesterday night.

and this morning, I can see there's some liquid underneath the container, the fruits and sugar are creating enzim already. And this can be consumer after 2 weeks.

My next DIY Enzim, will be dragon fruits, and grapes.
