I really need to control my temper, thought I've done it well, actual fact I am not, but I really can't take it just blast out in a second.

Sometime, things just get into my nerve, especially they trying to avoid and take round the bushes, which I think they've made a wrong move.

If something that benefit them, they will reply and get it done in 5 mins time, if it's not, god sick, just wait till the cow go home. This is not fair to us, as we are facing the customers, we do all the monkey show in front of the buyers, and they took all the credit when things get done (by front line people like us). They and do better if they carry the right attitude, by blaming on technical, finger pointing, fault findings at others doesn't reflect any good result at the end of the day. obviously they do not know what is their "objective".
