I throw a question to him, "what is my career path in this company?", he look at me with the impressive facial expression, and said "yes, of course, you can be a Senior Key Account Manager (it's basically what I am doing now) or a National General Sales manager (which handling distributors), don't think this position suit me, cause it's need a lot of entertainment, drinking session with those distributors, where this area I am weak at it. I mentioned "Export", he is more impressive when I told him this, and yes, he did put my requisition on my appraisal form, if I really move up to export market, it will be good for me explore outside Malaysia market, see more people, understand more business strategic at different cultural, anyway, I still need time to polish my capability and ability on analytical skill as well as strategically planning. Wish I can do it.
