Every year, these people will invite me for buka puasa together with them. These group have current Tesco buyer, ex Tesco buyer, Jusco buyer, 7-11 buyer, and I am the only supplier. Some of my friends ask, what is your bigger success in your career, I will said, it's no the money, it's not the sales target achievement, it's not how great I am in settling dispute, it's not how good I am in negotiation, It's all those Friends that I made along the changes in my career, convert them from working partner to friendship, whether it's a malay, chinese or indian.

Retailers and suppliers are having different KPI, thus we fight, we negotiate, we argue for both better deal, we slam down the phone when we did not agree during work, but now, we are friends, they remember me where ever they move to, they do remember me.

Wan Alias, Sue, Ros, Alan, Chaw, we still meet each other in the trade. And we shall meet again if we still in this industries. And Buka Pusa will be our regular yearly gathering.

I noticed that my circle of friendship are pretty huge, from all ages which include my parents friends, my kids friends, my family friends...my current colleagues, my ex colleagues, my current buyer, my ex buyer, my own friends, from primary, secondary to collage from the extreme rich to middle income, I treat them all the same, because I don't compare and compete.
