Budget. I hate to do this, but it's a must for this industries with the position that I currently held. To start off a budget worksheet, I need, 2006 average monthly sales, average monthly advertising and promotion expenses, by categories, by single keeping unit (sku), by pack size, by promo period (whether it's exclusive or nationwide), marketing plan...etc...etc....

And am glad that, finance do have a superb data base with all the information I required, but still need some time to digest the numbers. We are having more then 200 sku for beverage, just imagine the numbers and the data that I need to look at! And for god sick, Marketing are not able to provide me their 2008 plan! worst scenario is, to add on 30% during the hit month, festive month, the rest just remain as 10 - 15 % growth, hey it's still double digit growth wat!
