Yesterday, meet up with some friends for lunch (Munchy's gang), and they've moved their office from Shah Alam to Klang Centro (Citibank Building). At first I did not notice this sign hanging on selected parking lot, cause I am rushing to meet Munchy's gang, after lunch, while I am driving out my car from the parking lot, I saw this sign ! "NOT RESERVED, CAN PARK HERE", oh my gosh, how the hell on earth that someone could put up the sign like this, means what ? is this necessary to put it up if the lot is not reserve?
