His CEO know that, Derek going to hold back the opportunity due to the "one way tickets" concept. Now CEO has gone thru HR to counter propose on the terms and condition, well, sounds good, sounds attractive, sounds worth it, sounds like it very hard for us to reject the offer again, but somehow or rather, Derek still have to consider, and I will just follow his decision. Most probably, I will stay in Malaysia and visit him every 2 months, or even follow him to his business trip to US, New Zealand, Japan, Korea etc...etc....

Am I happy ? don't know ..... still he is the man of the family. SALUTE!
