Central Region Sales Conference
Sales Conference - Central Region. Total participants 60 including Matrix member (top management) and Booth Master (trainer - I am one of the trainer), it's something like Boot Camp kinda training. This course is to further enhance product knowledge, creativeness, sell in the right products into the right place, how to minimise bad stocks return from the trade, how to merchandise our products with prominent visibility effect, how to make every single sales call effectively....etc....etc....
we had this function in "Eagle Range Resort Port Dickson", stay in a Red Indian Tepee, with the open air bath room (interesting). It's fun and good to meet up the whole central team, even though we are in the same region, but we hardly see each other, surprisingly, I do not know who's who! too many of them.
We have 10 games booth for all the participants to go through, some test and Q&A will be given during the competition, can see the team spirit during the game. And the most fun time is the "Foot Ball" match, we, gals also in the match (now my both leg like not belongs to my body ....).
Well, the Sales Conference Event went smoothly, every body enjoying them self, even though we have to sleep at 1am and the siren went off at 5:30am, the committee will bang on the tepee door and wake the whole Red Indian Village up and do morning exercise ..fun...fun....fun...and now...tired...tired...tired.......
This week end heading to Kluang for Southern Region Sales Conference, cause I am one of the Booth master again.................
The worst things happen is - I FORGOT TO BRING MY OWN CAMERA, THUS DO NOT HAVE PIC TO PUT UP. DAMN IT!
