When I first join this company, it's already spell out clearly that, there's no contractual bonus, they offer only performance bonus, but today our CEO announced to us that, commencing from this year, we will have contractual and performance bonus every year plus with a yearly increment of 7% from our basic salary! wow ! this is so good, piece of good news for us.

Performance bonus + contractual bonus + yearly increment, definitely, obviously, my annual income has improved tremendously.
