My ex employer are practising FPM (Finger Pointing Management), BSM (Back Stabbing Management) and ABC (Aggressive Balls Carrier Tactic). Whereby my current employer are practising Team work. I like they way they conduct the meeting, the GM's actually sit down together with the rest of the managers to drill down further and find out solution to solve the trade problem as well as bring in the numbers, this should be the way a multimillion turn over company should do.
