New Structure
We have a new structure this year. This year will be my challenging year (a part from getting a new job - still have to work, need money ma). My new boss wants me to fully utilise my experience in key account (modern trade) and implement to traditional trade.
My new task :
- To increase the channel distribution by 80% vs 2006.
- To enhance prominent display in traditional trade.
- To increase and improve sales contribution for traditional trade by 20% vs 2006.
- In the mean time, oversee key account performance will be under my care too (at least not need to go see those "blood sucker" - buyer) and will pass on the basic responsible to my Key Account Executive.
Part of my task this year, is to groom and train my Key Account Executive to be my future successor.
