My apartment are ready ! They actually delay the project and pass due that of 576 days. And they agreed to compensate me with the following terms and condition, and I managed to negotiate them to pay me 80% , which is RM25k. They also give me an option to pay me back 100%, but split into 18 payments which is 1 and the half year, which I think it's not practical, caused I am gonna either sell it off or rent it out anyway. Already got a buyer on hand - my sister

Anyway, this is an extra bonus for me, will receive the payment by 16th February, right before Chinese New Year, Yeah ! then my company bonus also come in end of Jan, DOUBLE YEAH YEAH!
