Ma Ma Mi Ya
After the marathon meeting this morning, and I thought we (my department) already have a crystal clear direction for this year, but now, I think we are lost ! totally lost ! the hard work that my department putting in for the past 3 days has gone into the drain - wasted.
The CEO and COO like to change things over night, not from 'A' to 'B', it's from 'A' to 'Z'. And apart from that, there's alot of department head like to give comment with negative thought - NO MOTIVATION at all. Ma ma mi ya ! what the hell is going wrong with these people ! For me, I will just provide facts and figure, if the management can support, I will give them my commitment and drive the sales all the way up up to the sky ! GOD BLESS ME
Anyway, I am seeing another head hunter tomorrow, hehehehe! I think begining of the year will have more opportunity. GOD BLESS ME AGAIN.

My client also always changing their mind. Wasted all the hard work, but think positive, it also learn and enjoy the process.
