For those who travel up and down KL and PJ, I am sure that you've come across a big digging project in Kampung Pandan. At first I thought they gonna cut off the round about and build a fly over to KL town and tunnel to Cheras area, the actual fact is, they are building not only fly over, there's a underground flood censor, it has the technology that, can detect the water level and discharge water if it reach the "red alert" marks that possibility cause flood in this area.

Since last year, National Geographic has station a camera crew to record down the whole process of this project, and the estimated completion date is in March 2007. Last but not least, there will be a toll charges for it. This is another well known project worldwide for Malaysia after the Petronas Tower which recognised by National Geographic.
