Finally, i managed to wrap up 2007 new structure proposal to my new boss, the key index performance for the individual current and new recruitment.

Now heading for another project "recover short fall for the last 11 months", big challenge for me......well, i am paid to do so, will try my very best on my year end report card to the management, flying colors I wish.
