Received next year target yesterday. Looks a bit funny to me, and a bit unrealistic also, it is not because the target too high and not achievable, it's only single digit growth for year 2007! and 2006 YTD growth 36% vs 2005!sounds abit weired to me.

What the heck, what I do is just break down by salesmen, by material and by customers, and allocate to all respective personnel....Job done!
