WORKMy new Key Account Executive reported to work yesterday. I have alot of thing to hand over. First, I got to take her to the trade, explain to her what is planogram are, what is gondolar, what is mailer and some on field problem solving skill for operation matter. My first task to her is to know all retailers at the operation side, go to the right person which can make decission. In the mean time, I still have to hands on everything including HQ business planning matter.
She's did pick up, it's just that, she's a bit soft spoken. May be it's a new environment for her. It's been a long time that i have not really go into the trade and know them better (previously I have Stephanie which run the show for me). It's a bit tiring, caused we walk alot in the trade, from the end to the other end (my toe skin peeling off, and bleeds), and I kept telling myself, guide and teach her as much as possible, so that I can free my hands off the ground and focus on HQ negotiation as well as lower trade channel distribution.
