His name, Imran Tahir Khan, born in Italy, father Malay/Pakistan and mother is an Italian. He got a very strong portfolio, he worked in Nestle Canada as a Brand Development Manager, an arm force in US military department and a Brand and Franchise Development Manager for Gucci, LV, Prada in Thailand.
Honestly, I do not know how he ended up in this Chinese family entrepreneur local public listed company. At first he is so enthusiasm and aggressive on those brand that under his umbrella, after 1 week, he is now with the "PUZZLE" type of face when he en counting the lousy system, lousy man management and lousy top management team. Anyway, I do not know how long can he lasts, do hope that we can work together as far as we are still in this so call "Public Listed" company.

a strong leader can bring a lousy china public listed company to a better stage, that is why your boss hired him .. Nways, your bosses would need to change and let him take over everything .. his portfolio is great.. wana join venture with Dooodolls ? =)
