    TOO MANY THINGS TO FOLLOW UP **** I AM BLUR NOW

    It's year end now, I have to review all key retailers YTD business performance, and preview the action plan before 2006 closing.

    There's alot of data I need to pull out from the system, not only the performance of the total chain, also category performance, outlet performance and performance by region.

    Total Key retailers performance need to drill down by flavor, need to identify which flavor are selling well in which outlet by which region by location, this exercise will lead me to improve the accuracy of my monthly forecast by ranking, Which means, there will be presentation and anlaysis all the way down and got to settle it once and for all before DeepaRaya .... tiring.

    Internally
    It's time for evaluation again, got to evaluate 18 sales man, 2 supervisors, 7 merchandisers, date line given before 16 Oct.

      but analysis can make someone really crazy. i had been through that, coz I am a leng to some lousy fellas in the office here, lazy and not-clever fellas.

      Eh, normally manager does not have to do the dirty work of analysis. They normally ask the leng to do. You not doing that meh?

      yah la, my stupid boss ask me to do also lah. He is only doing the compilation then forward to CEO sahaja, and put some stupid comments at the bottom la.
