SHE'S LEAVING

I am loosing one capable Key Account Exec. Her last day will be tomorrow (the girl stand rite behind me with ligh purple turtle neck). When she tender her resignation, my immediate boss wants me to convinced her to stay and counter offer her, deep down inside I know she is no happy with the management, later when I find out she is going to a multinational company, I am so happy and quickly accept her resignation. My stupid boss gave me that "what the !@#$" look again, and I don't give a damn.

When I first meet her, she do not have any experience in doing sales, expecially in key account (global chain store, Tesco, Makro, Jusco, Carrefour and Giant)...when I confirmed hired her, HR been asking me alot of question like, why her? my answer to them are, eventhough she do not have experience in sales, but she know how to carry herself well, her look conviced me, and I do believe in giving a chance for this girl to try out in sales. My advise to her on her first day are, "here I do not practise spoon feeding, come to me with solution when you face a problem, learn from mistake you make, and don't repeat it" and I do trust her she can do it. And proved HR and my stupid boss are wrong about her. Now she is moving to a Multi National Company (Unilevel) for better benefit, better explosure, better pay, definately better managament then here.

Conglatulation Stephanie, thanks for being there with us, and faced un-reasonable and demanding preasure from the management. You can do better then here, I know you can.....ALL THE BEST AND THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.
