STRESS!!!
I will be going to Bangkok tomorrow, so i have to makesure everything are in place, no hiccup in the trade with my absent.
1. Need to have a meeting tomorrow with my team, makesure all PO delivery on time during week end, especially Key Account.
2. Friday are the day that, all department will contribute their view on a group trade visit, checking on display, facing, usage of POSM etc....so got to inform and preampt my team to get it done all by tomorrow.
3. Get the team to makesure there's no OOS (out of stocks situation) during the Friday trade visit programme.
4. Monthly sales forecast, need to submit tomorrow.
5. July perfromance report need to submit too.
Other than this, I have to leave office about 12:30pm and get myself ready for the flight, off my hand phone and bording (yet it's still my working hour).....hopefully there's no outstanding for this week, do not expect to receive any call during my Bangkok trip ... Amitabha.....O..nei..toh...fard....
