I Just don't believe when I hear this freaking news from the radio station this morning.
The story goes .......
Whene ever there's a highway, there will be huge gigantic out door bill board, this is how an agency get their big bonus, and this is how Bandaraya get their income. "MR2" a highway link from city to Ampang. one of the gigantic bill board felt, luckily it's not felt toward the highway, it's felt backward to the river....and the whole bill board collapsed. And the Ampang Major are the first to call up Bandaraya, the answer was "Ini bukan pasal kita orang, lu buat saja lu punya kerja, yang lain jangan campur tangan"....WTF ! nothing to do with Bandaraya? hello !!!!
1. who approved the contractor on setting up the bill board?
2. what is the standard procedure or requirements to approved a contract?
3. did they take in consideration on soil condition ?
4. these bill board weight AT LEAST 2 Tan, can the said soil carry that kind of weight?
I really dun want to insult or accuse any further on how Malaysia respective government department handle matter, think they want to wait till the worst happen then only they will take action.

On this, China will wil over Malaysia, though they suck big time on other area.
Sigh. Why can't we have smarter person for important post, like bandaraya, telekom, tenaga, traffic, construction, airport, highway, bla bla bla?
