My Team

This are our group photo. We took it during Chinese New Year, and I organised a party for them in my place, with the Theme "Pajamas Night".

When I first took over this department, they are in the mess. I implemented a "2 way communication" man management skill to improve the group, listen to their problem, make a good proposal and convinced the management, and the team gets what they request, thus we shown flying colors in year 2005.

And this year, my team turn in to lazy worms, sometimes do ask stupid question that make me speechless, this year there's no improvement since Jan till to date ...... I kept asking myself, am I too open to them? is it time up for me to keep the "2 way communication" in my drawer? no more mr. nice guy? than I will be a different person in the office. Will think it over tonight, and might have an answer tomorrow morning.
