My Decision....
I know what I am gonna do with my team. All these while I don't want them to stay late in the office and do paper work/report, me and the supervisors will follow up for them instead, so that they can go to the trade early, and make more sales. And I think this method failed, they used the extra time on coffee shop chit-chating. And it's make me look like a dumb blonde.
Today, I will review their half yearly result vs their target, drill down to their performance by area by products, their frequency of calls, question them 1 by 1, get them to write a report on review their perfoamence and also preview the second half sales projection and action plan.
Yes, I am gonna do this, I reached office today as early as 7am, and start retrieving data from the system. They gonna get it from me, by doing this, who ever that can't take the preasure, will definately tender their resignation, and this is my objective, spring cleaning exercise.

Good move!! But... I think we occasionally also go to coffee shop chit chat when bosses are not around, or take longer lunch hour when we know he is not coming back that day.. pai seh neh~~~ am I dead woods too?
