It's been a long time I didn't touches my blog. Been busy playing with my FB ahahaha..interactive with my kids and their friends on line, understand more of their behaviour, understand their needs and what is their desire as well.

I love my childrens, i want them to be a succesfull human being when they grow up. I will not border them when I grow old, cause I am an indepandent old lady by then..hahaha...

How long I can live, I dont know, but as long as am still have my breath, I want to see them happy, everyday, every second, every hour, every minutes...this is mother hood.

I know Vien will be a very farmous graphic designer, her passion shown it all to me.

Yong will be a very good husband, and a good cook =), glad his wife will enjoy all his cooking.

me and him will start travel when we grow old and zero debts..to see the world together, hands on hands taking care each other..holding hands while traveling..that's my dream before I lay down.

Since my actual birth date falls on 25th which is on Sunday, colleagues decided to give me a birthday blast tonight.

Having a great dinner with fellows colleagues, Flamming Steamboat Buffet, it was fun fill time with them, I will never bored and tire spending time with my colleages, they just funny, and make my day, they always put a smile on my face and make me full of wrinkles and lines now, hahahah! real fun, love them, gonna miss them.

yes, finally, I got a great job offer. an MNC with very good fridge benefits, with great salary adjustment of 22% above my current.

confusing feeling now, I am happy, happy that I have great offer, I am sad, sad that, am leaving this great YHS IKA team.

Eric Tan : his my boss, a very understanding boss. even sometime he really "angin kuat" but, his angin come fast and gone real fast also.

Steven : when his first join, i found him very annoying, ask alot of question, especially when am extremely busy, he will get my killer stare sometime, am sorry for that, please forgive me. But now we are best buddies. we talk cock sing song most of the time.

Derick : my little brother, I always take care of him, he is too soft, and ppl tense to bully or rather take advantage on him, please take care yourself when am not around.

Natasha : a very kwai lan cat man in Yeo's, very aggressive, smart and intelligent, I know she wont be long in Yeo's, she will be explore into her own business very soon, I wish her all the best and success in her business world.

Christine Choi : she introduced me into Yeo's, on FaceBook rating she is my BFF (top list), and will rate her on the top list even though am left. gonna miss her tong sui ler.

Tiffany Tan : a dam rich young woman, smart and intelligent, always find way to move up and up further, and I wish her the best in her courier, more money will go into her pocket haha!

Mei Peng : our one and only princess in HQ sales support team. just be herself, happy and stay pretty forever.

David Loo : get to know this guy more end of 2009, and found out, he is a great buy, with very funny and fun attitude..hou yao ye hei, anything went wrong, he will be the first to volunteer for help. love him.

Brandon Khoo : he use to get into my nerve for not being furnish his job as a sales rep and supervisor, scolded him, giving him a hard time, and now he is an efficient supervisor in Yeo's IKA Operation Team. and i strongly believe that, he can be groom further to be the best IKA personnel in the future.

Derek Choo : I hate him, sometime also sayang him as a brother. It's a waste for him to stay on, he should move out..her current portfolio did not outshine his performance, it will be rather hard for him to get a job outside. No boundaries brother!

To All, I love you guys, and never in my working life that misses ex colleagues so much, we are so closed, so unite, solid and concrete...our friendship will last forever and ever end. LOVE YOU ALL.

Well, the interview been going on smoothly, with all the positive Q&A, feedback, sharing experiences session. Do they hire me at the end of the day, no one know....my only weeknesses will be my academic background, do not have any degree or master on busienss studies, this is the only disappointment i have in my life, never been to university, enjoy the campus life....

Really pray hard to get that job, will have more time for my kids, fur kids and my dear Derek also. Bless me to the max !

Her 1st Love

He love all about her, her scene of humor, her laughter, every single move of her, he will pay full attention.

He gave her a hemster for her birthday, I can tell the way he treat her is extra ordinally careful, when ever she called for help, he will be the first to turn up, when the hemster sick, he is the only person that came to her, took the hemster to the vet with medication treatment.

After 1 month dating with each other, she found that he is quiet a boring person, seldom share his college life, his family member with her, on 4th Feb, he decided to breakup with him. She's hurt and his hurt even deeper. How I wish they can be together, I know she still love him but just that, she talks a lot, and he seldom talk, may be he is more mature then her, could be, might be and may be.

They went out exactly 1 month, I personally fell that, he is a nice boy, caring but sometime a bit boring, conversation definitely will pull them together, if one stop talking, the other will withdraw. So I fully understand what's she think, and know what he wanted to do, he will there waiting for her to make an u-turn back to him. She is still trying to talk to him, and hoping for some changes on him.

Pray hard for them to be together. Why ? I have a very good feeling on both of them. She needs someone to protect her, and he will be her hero for sure.

My IBM ThinkPad been into Coma for the pass 1 month, thus I hardly can do any office work, no I note, no lotus note, no margin minder, basically it can only use normal excel and power point....finally, on 23rd November, I have to say bye bye to my 3 yrs relationship with IBM ThinkPad, and started a new relationship with HP Compaq.

As usual, new gadget always interest me, it's light, really compaq, small screen, very petite, the most important, it come with latest software, window office 2007 excel, words and power point..but due to USB virus spread easily from desk top to lap top and from lap top back to desk top around the office, hence the USB port are blocked permenantly, we cant transfer file by using thumb drive, we can only using sharefolder for transfering file, well this is part of office policy, dosen't matter, no big deal :)

IBM been providing me all the information correctly, helping me to do thousands of presentation, thousands of excel calculation and tabulation, thousands of formal correspondence, here I would like to say thank you to IBM Thinkpad, and in the meantime say hello and welcome my new HP Compaq.

Next week schedule pretty tied up. Preparation for meeting presentation, operation matter need to iron out, hiring new sales rep in progress for replacement, Chinese new Year preparation for 2010, meeting with key retailer on trading term negotiation on wednesday.

Sigh..when can I jump out from this industry....I need to change the industry, no more hyper, no more heavy A&P, no more trading terms negotiation bla bla bla....

Hetic.

went to shah alam office, checking thru sales rep daily report, noticed that, they are not doing it correctly, supervisors also check blindly. Just dont understand, I need a simple report, also hiccup here and there, explain to them 1 more time, hopefully friday I am able to have a complete good, clear report.

after shah alam, rushed back to PJ office just to furnish a few report, reply few important e mail, before i hit my appointment with Tesco at 3pm.

Tesco DC are having major issue on manpower, some kind of "On Strike" happened, we need to have an urgent meeting with their supply chain and DC operation team, arranging direct to store delivery instead of DC....discussion take about 2 half hour, finally we meet at the junction for a good solution.

came home at 7pm, take dinner, send out Tesco Delivery details to all region.

hetic...dont even have time to have my lunch. to pay back, I planed to have PJ best nasi lemak for breakfast, guest list : eric tan, steven lee, david loo, natasha mooy, derick thi ... yummy :)

Today, don't really feel like going to office, no matter how, I still need to do so.

Went to PJ office, meet with my best buddies Natasha, Christine, Derick, David and Dexter, had out breakfast at 9am at the canteen, to be honest, our canteen food is marvelous, simple, economy and tasty, but have to pretend there's no lorry parking outside with heavy exhaust pipe blowing the carbon monoxide polluted the area nearby canteen, oh well, who cares, just eat, talk enjoy the company with my best buddies at office, this is the most enjoyable moment or rather the only thing that motivate me to go office, am I lazy ? or tired on what I am doing ? what ever.....

been feeling weired these few weeks, with all the rumour flying around, which I think this is not necessary, and I'm not even care or concern what they've said.

Sometimes, just wonder, what I've done to make them started to gossip on this matter ? some says, they just boa red on gossiping others, they just want to create a new topic so that they have a objective to come to work, and exchange what they've seen yesterday or last week. Really, they should have other better things to do rather then gossiping.

Doesn't matter, I am who I am, you got to accept who I am, if you don't like the way i act, you should leave the place and carry on your life, you think you can destroy me ? I can tell you straight forward "NO", I am one tough lady, no one can stop me or even push me down, there's only 1 person can do that, that is "ME".

What a way to start my golden ox year. Today 25 Jan 2009, falls sick, ashma, fever, flue, sort throat, cough, all of them came visit me at one go .... could sleep well, due to the viruses attack at night.

I work 7 days a week, for the full month of Jan, run fast like a horse, fight with competitors like a bulls, guide my team like a pro ... none stop .... till 24th Jan (last day of our human wave), can't stand any longer. Believed that all the viruses has been in my body all these while, just that I do not have time to notice it, the moment i rest my body, viruses just attack without informing me.

Like what my boss told me just now, this is a good start for me, means I am throwing all bad things on the last day of the year, and start the new year with the brand new Chooi Chooi.

Hope it's true .... I really want to start off a new Chooi Chooi in the year of golden ox...Gambathe !

well, it's time to say bye bye to 2008 and hello 2009.

what have I done in 2008 ? I got myself a Semi-D, I got myself a good man, which I can count on him, depends on him, he always there for me when I need him, shower me and kids with care and love.

what I've lost in 2008. My auntie, passed away in June, My beloved fur kids "Jolie" passed on in August, My grandma passed away in December.

what to achieve in 2009. Upgrade my pay to another level (need more income to support my current commitment), must get ready a collage fees for Vivien. Debts free from credit card.

those passed I cant pull back or regrets on doing anything, but for the new year to come, I must have clear and firm mind to make sure I achieve what I plan to.

well, C2 understand your needs, focus on your requirement, go all the way to get what you want. Remember, No one can stop you from moving forward, the only person can stop you is "you yourself". YOU CAN DO IT!

27th November. Received a call from my dad, he is a bit panic on the phone with me, and came to know that my grandma passed away.

28th November need to attend my nephew wedding dinner (the bride side) at The Mines.

29th November rush back to Teluk Intan at 5;30am, for 11am funeral and prayer.

I dont know her well, cause we seldom see each other, the last time I see her was last year. She's 94, we are glad that she dont have to suffer anymore, what we can do is "RIP GrandMa, hope you will be happy in another world over the other side".

Bad mood, bad mood, not am angin, just that some one taking me for a ride.

Today was a volcano day for me, lecture sales rep over disciplinary, fucking region people just so fuck up and dumb ars, marketing fuck up again on stocks inventory which we are going to run an nationwide promo ... things just go up and down, left and right...I loose my temper today, direct blow it off sales rep, sales supervisor, region people, marketing also supply chain, I am trying very hard to get the sales in, why cant they just do their work, and demand inventory on time with fresh stocks? I am now solving and cleaning up their shit, with my current pay, I will not take the challenge. Be It.

I was standing in a piece of clean empty land, wondering where am I, and what's going on.

Suddenly, I saw a fair white fluffy object running towards me, when I open my eye wide to have a good look if it....is "she", as usual, when "she" saw me, "she" will sit in front of me, with"her" hands reach towards me, I hold on "her" clean white palm, and "she" was so happy, the sparkling eye, grossy nose, clean white teeth.

Normally, "she" don't like me to kiss her, "she" will move her head a side when I try to do that, but in the dream, I can't resist "her", and give "her" a big kiss, "she" just close her sparkling eye and let me kiss "her", then "she" stands up, wagging "her" furry tail, look at me, and walk slowly away from me, while "she" is walking, "she" kept turn "her" head back to me with a great smile on "her" face, it's like telling me "I have to go now, will always remember you as my "mummy" in my heart forever, I love you"

And my replied to "her" ...... "I love you too Jolie, we love you forever"...

MMy Jolie has "heat stroke" yesterday night after a long walk under the hot sun. I blame on Derek, he do not listen to me, and insist to take her out, right after she came back, Jolie just lay down on the floor, and keep patting heavily, she can't even move, whit her eye open widely, she is so not Jolie yesterday night, we immediately carried her into the car, and drive her all the way to Brickfield.

After the vet check thru her condition, proven that, she had "heat stroke". "heat stroke" is mainly happen to big dogs with thick coated fur, aged 7 and above, under the hot sun for long hour. Now she is doing fine, got to pay her a visit later this evening, just to make sure she's in good condition and healthy.

We miss you Jolie, get well soon, and come home quickly. Always love you :)

31st July, on leave. Derek brought me to a dentist, cause I kept complain about bleeding sensitive gums during brushing every morning.

Dentist was very carefully remove my plaque (which been building up for the pass 15 yrs), then follow by polishing. Now I have a sparkling teeth, but I do have 2 cavity need to do up filling on my next appointment on 7th August, do felt a bit worry, cause honestly, I do not like the smell, the set up, the equipment sound in dentist clinic, but no matter how, still have to do it, otherwise, worst painful story will begin.

Took 2 days leave, just to enjoy my new home. Didn't plan to go anywhere, just felt like stay at home, chat with the kids, play with fur kids and take care of my plant.

Brought her to have a total hair do before she start her new job in August.

I bring her to my favourite saloon located in Taman Desa, Summer Cut, the sifu is the best stylist in town, she is good and pro in perming, blow dry and restyle, trim and cut, anything, just name it, she will kau tim and delivered satisfaction to every single customers that walked in to her saloon. And I trust her for the pass 6 yrs, she never failed me.

I even have door gift for all my guest, and acoustic live band performances, and our specialties for that night is "vegetarian" - when the buying stop, the killing can too. There will be some mah jong games over the night, chit chatting, 8-ing.

Finally, our new structure in place, operation report direct to me, and obviously, the result is good.

My first road show which conducted by myself and my team resulted "successful", with prominent display, post of material highlight in the store, all our hard work delivered result, and this is the first time that marketing appraised operation, glad we have done a good job.

But, I have 2 offices now, one in PJ and another one in Shah Alam. Morning will drop by Shah Alam and brief my team on day to day operation manner, issue or even brainstorm abit for some creative in store promo with them. Then will go back to PJ office, liaise with Marketing on nationwide promo, A&P findings, liaise with Finance for some SAP issue, etc etc...

My work life in this company is very different, I always find do not have enough time to furnish my jobs, never been so tired to work in a FMCG company before. This is the first time.

Every morning wake up, we tends to have that kinda feeling "argh...work work work!" and wish can continue sleep in our nice king size bed, then Wash up ourselves with shower cream, branded skin care to protect our skin, put on a light makeup to make ourselves look better, jump into our car, air conditioning, with MP3 player.

We flown, when we receive our bills for housing, car, insurance, road tax, credit card, water bill, electricity bills and others statements.

But do you know that, many people can't afford a bed, using a soap bar for shower, not even a skin care and make up, do not have a car ...... every morning, i drove to work, always see a malay man get down from the bus stop near Armada hotel, I can see he is trying very hard to get down from the bus step by step, once step down the ground, he can't really walk in straight line, it's take tans of his energy to move another step follow by another step and slowly walk to his work place. Dear Friends, he is spastic patient, he overcome his unfortunate, head held high, take public transport, do not depends on others, all by his own....can you image, we are so fortunate to have all the necessary things, walk, run and jump as and when we like it, and yet we still complaining our life .. i felt so guilty, I felt I am nothing to him, I am more handicap then him. We are mentally handicap (which I think it's hopeless), He is physically handicap (yet he overcome it, with his brave and warriors thoughts).

Emotional thought hit me totally this morning, I can feel my tear slip down, just can't control it, he is very brave, he is a worrior for me, an role modal example how to face the fact, this is to easy to him. Just can't stop thinking the scene.

Our new home, 5 rooms 3 bath room located in SS3, it's now on major renovation. We decided change the floor tiles, face life the bath room, with shower screen and some marble decoration on the wall, change the ceiling, even the concrete walls, pebbles flooring for car porch, automatic gate, fur kids room, extension of 3rd and 4th room, add another toilet.

When the interior designer explain the total finishing design to us, it was like "wow!" and "wow, wow!" really amazing, I can imagine how beautiful, our home will like in June. Will snap before and after pictures just for filling. This is what we call "Our Kingdom", it's really "Our Kingdom", not tumpang, not using others and claim "My Kingdom".

EPF allow us to have 2nd withdrawal from Acct II for housing loan. Finally, managed to get all information from EPF, but I need to have a personal saving account (currently was joint name with my Yeoh). Been wondering around which bank should I go, which give a better services towards their customers, was rounding and rounding around PJ State, just try my luck for parking place at the banking zone. And I was so lucky that there's a parking lot in front of AmBank, at first was doubtful to walk in AmBank, but what the hack, I just need a saving account for EPF to transfer the money into my personal account, without second thought, I walk in. When the customer service representative by the name of Ms. Goh, greet me warmly, and I told her what I want, very quickly, she bring out all relevant documents which need my signatory, and help me to transfer all statement of account into 1 mailing address in 5 mins, get the ATM card ready in 5 mins, get my saving account book ready in another 5 mins, and assist me log in on line banking facilities in 15 mins, total time spent in AmBank with Ms Goh was 30 mins! Amazing, I was underestimate local bank capability. Salute AmBank Ms. Goh, glad that I park my car outside AmBank...Bravor !

Why Am I Still That Busy ?

After CNY, thought I can take a break, or may be sneak out yam char with buddies, do the lepak thingy like I used to do last time, chat with my buddies, talk till the cow go home then only I go home...sigh... in actual fact, I can't do so...why ? why am I still busy after CNY ?? why oh why ?

But I am so lucky to have an understand boss, he allowed me to take 3 days off just to relax my mind, and take a good rest after CNY, so I am off from tomorrow till Friday..woohooo! but still need to settle alot of personal stuff leh.

Finally I managed to rent out my apartment, need to call up contractor to fix the grill, paste the ceiling (cause it's leak), install ceiling fan and lighting etc...hope all this can be settle within my 3 days break.

I really need to control my temper, thought I've done it well, actual fact I am not, but I really can't take it just blast out in a second.

Sometime, things just get into my nerve, especially they trying to avoid and take round the bushes, which I think they've made a wrong move.

If something that benefit them, they will reply and get it done in 5 mins time, if it's not, god sick, just wait till the cow go home. This is not fair to us, as we are facing the customers, we do all the monkey show in front of the buyers, and they took all the credit when things get done (by front line people like us). They and do better if they carry the right attitude, by blaming on technical, finger pointing, fault findings at others doesn't reflect any good result at the end of the day. obviously they do not know what is their "objective".

My mum felt on 4th day of CNY, and broke her upper thigh bone.

She has diabates all these while, after the operation with the installation of 6 titanium screw to pull the bones together (so that she can on her feet), she need a long time of period to heal her wounds.

Because of her accident, my 2nd brother (second left), fly back all the way from Dubai straight to KL. I told him, come back more often to see our old buddies, don't wait till this circumstances only come back, it dosen't sounds good, appreciate every moment that we (family) can be together. It been more then 10 yrs my 2nd brother did not come back, this is because of his recent promotion from cabin crew captain to cabin crew trainer (highly paid by Emirates Airlines).

2008 CNY is the total 100% family get together (gather in Gleneagles Intan Ampang)..hahaha..

From the above pics, she just came out from operating theater for 3 hrs operation, she is now recovering. For the time being she will be staying with me temporary. Will come mummy, and get well soon :)

My first "DIY Enzim", Green apple, Lemon and slice sugar (unprocess brown sugar).

done it yesterday night.

and this morning, I can see there's some liquid underneath the container, the fruits and sugar are creating enzim already. And this can be consumer after 2 weeks.

My next DIY Enzim, will be dragon fruits, and grapes.

This is so crazy, worst then i thought ! Last Thursday, Giant Hyper advertise our drinks for RM14.48, then Friday, Tesco advertsied RM13.98, and just yesterday, Econsave advertised RM13.50....oh my gosh ..... my phone gonna explode soon...battery only can last for half day...this is really what FMCG call "Price War", fight for volume, fight for value, fight for share market....

We have no choice but to work out something to counter react our competitor (they selling even cheaper), Jan and Feb sales can really contributed 8 months turn over in this company, so "rain dog shit" also got to hit the target, so that the following month, can relax, take leave and go holiday....

But worry about the price war, my first job in festive sku "scary" !

This is a bad week for me, been work around the clock since morning 7:30am till late night.

Alot of report need to be done, a Regional presentation on this coming Friday (and I've yet to furnish it). Chinese New Year Price war on Asian Drinks are kicking off this Thursday, all key retailers called and asking for better cost (which they like to compete and fight amongst their industry - retail).

I really do not have much time for myself and family, all tie up for work, and do not have sufficient man power for my department (still interviewing alots of candidates to be my subordinates). When I look at the work load I'm having now, I'm abit concern about the capability of my subordinates, I become picky, and demanding in return.

Today, once I get myself ready to furnish my report and power point, my mobile and direct line been ringing the whole day, what I did today is, talk, talk, talk and talk.....oh my gosh...so tired, and am running out of energy now. How ? I don't think I can furnish my documentation report.

Not A Good Start Of The Year

Not a very good start for me this year. Falls sick on 31/12, on 1st day of Jan 2008, lying on bed the whole day....2nd Jan, even worst, issue keep popping up even though it's not under my job description, sometime just for the sick of team spirit, I've done it and help other parties to settle it anyway, and the worst thing is, no "thank you" or any short word of appreciation from them, in the other way round, they make it sounds like I am the one who need to clarify and settle these problem...oh my gosh! Lucky my boss know what's going on, and he will take note for today incident. Lesson learnt today "don't try to be heroin"...haha..it's either they do not know or not very sure what is their KPI, or, I'm been too helpful for them, spoon feed them all the while, I can be shellfish if I want to, I can just drop a sentence to them "this is not my problem, let operation settle in", but I did not do that, don't know why, just want to settle it fast, and proceed to other task which is waiting for my decision.

Tough year...must go see "fung sui" one of these day, block off all unnecessary obstacles in my work place, make myself 顺风顺水, 如鱼得水.

When I came back from my sister place yesterday night, which is 1st Jan 2008, I saw my fur kids are looking at the upper part of the grill door, and scratched the wall as well. Their body language obviously telling us that, there's something hiding in between the grill bar. When I step forward to have a clearer look, I've got a shocked that there's a snake in my house! we really don't know what to do, cause we do not have experience in handling reptiles, and yes, we do watch alot of Animal Planet and see how Jeff Corwin catch snake with his bare hand. At first, we were thinking of use the chopstick to take it out from the grill door, but I can see clearly that the snake is long, what happen if the snake turn over and bite us! so, we call off this idea, then we the came out the second idea, which is use a stick to flip off the snake from the grill bar, then the snake will run freely on the ground (that is even worst)! Finally, I make up my mind and call 991 for fire brigade, in half an hour time they came, and this is the life performance that we saw the fire brigade catch the snake with his bare hand, at first, they thought big snake, when they jump down from the vehicle, I saw them holding steel bar, net and giant clip....hahaha, when they see it, they shout! "apa pulak ni, keci sangat ular ni", I was so concern that they will kill the snake, but they told me that, normally they will let it go into the wild, where they belongs to (for you information it's Gasing Hill).

Today is the last day of 2007, looking back, I did alot of mistakes, gain alot of experience and learnt alot too. And I am glad that I get rid and write off a few "attitude problem" people and put a full stop at the friendship chapter, no point keeping a dishornest friendship anyway, thus I think it's worth it. My personality is very simple, you treat me good, I will double up the goodness to you, if you keep showing off, talking nonsense, like to compare and compete, sorry you will be out of my friends list.

What's goes around, comes around, am not cursing anyone here, I will not be jealous if you success, and I will not be happy if you back to a looser, cause you are not important to me anymore. Ha ha ha !!!! happy new year to all my dear friends, maintain our friendship forever, we gather, we dine, we talk, we chat, we 8, we argue for fun, we don't compete each other, we don't compare our lifestyle, that's how we maintain it, just wanted to say "I Love You All".

As for my family, mom, dad, sisters, brohters, my hubby and kids and fur kids, will stay united, happy and healthy "I Love you All too"....
